Yoga is more than just exercise; it is a journey of gaining knowledge of our own bodies and minds. Throughout the practice, Pauline reminds her students to move beyond a mere physical workout by paying attention to their rhythm of breath and noticing subtle changes within themselves. As a result, students cultivate a one-pointed focus.
Relaxation also plays a vital role in rejuvenating the body after asana practice. To provide a peaceful atmosphere, Pauline incorporates sound relaxation with singing bowls and tuning forks at the end of each class. This allows students to return to their daily routines with a tranquil and refreshed mind.
